SUPER EASY MANGO PINEAPPLE LIME SMOOTHIE
1/2 cup mango (I used frozen mango)
1/2 cup pineapple (frozen pineapple tidbits)
3/4 cup unsweetened milk alternative (soy, rice, almond, hemp, coconut)
+ NUTRIENT BOOSTS (totally optional)
1 cup fresh spinach
1 tbsp chia or flax seeds
